SHIPMENTS
Shipments will be made within 5 to 7 working days after confirmation of payment by the bank via the Colissimo service.
The deadlines can be exceptionally modified in the event of absence or force majeure. The information will then be communicated on the site in a clear and legible manner or directly to the customer concerned by the delay.
Shipping charges are applicable and calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items.
RETURN AND REFUND
Returns are made within 14 days of receipt of the order and are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be made upon receipt and after verification of the order. The Bichette boutique reserves the right to refuse reimbursement depending on the reason for return and the condition of the product. You can contact us by email for any complaints.

Payments are made by credit card or gift card via the secure "Stripe" payment method.
PRICES
The prices appearing on the product sheets of the internet catalog are prices in Euros (€) all taxes included (TTC).
The photos in the store are as accurate as possible. However, being modified to improve the quality, the colors may differ slightly from reality. The patterns can also vary on the same model depending on the manufacture. They are therefore not contractual.
For handmade and artisanal products, slight defects may appear. This is normal and it is a guarantee of handmade! For example, the epoxy resin creates air bubbles when mixing these components (natural chemical reaction) which, on drying, can leave small holes on the fabrications.
